Malia has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and over 200 hours of training as an Advanced Yoga Teacher. She has over eight years of experience with life coaching, nutrition counseling, personal training and teaching yoga.
Malia chooses to devote significant energy toward her passions for nutrition, fitness, and yoga with a holistic, integrative healing approach to help others achieve the quality of life they deserve with health and happiness.
She loves to stay active with family fun, hiking, weight training, pilates, yoga, karate, backpacking, camping, cooking and volunteer work. Her energy is contagious and motivates us all in improving our healthy lifestyle skills.
